BOOKING POLICY

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to successfully book an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and may be paid via cash, card, or bank transfer. Cancellations made more than five (5) days before the scheduled appointment date are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within five (5) days or less of the appointment date are not refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another service one (1) time only. Clients who arrive fifteen (15) minutes or more late will have their appointment automatically cancelled. Late arrivals are treated as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited. We exclusively use hair purchased directly from us for all services. Outside hair is not accepted under any circumstances. This policy applies to all hair types, including bundles, tape-ins, clip-ins, wig units, lace systems, and hair extensions. Hair may be purchased from us in-store or online prior to your appointment. A mandatory 15-minute consultation is required before booking certain services to ensure proper preparation and the best results. This applies to haircuts, tape-ins, quick weaves, wig construction, and hair extension services. Consultations can be booked by navigating to the Services page. Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please note that appointments scheduled on these days are priced thirty percent (30%) higher than walk-in days. No extra company or guests are allowed during appointments.
